No problem buddy.  Someone put it in our conversation.  I think all we have to do is click on the form.  If you click the link it will save to your computer and all you have to do is open it.  It's pretty cool with lot's of information. There are even two formats to choose from, a .docx file and a .pdf file.  Hope to see you there!
