Hey Doug... You were the best! You always drove the coolest new cars. They were your dad's, of course, but absolutely show stoppers! Remember that cream colored Impala? What a gem that one was! As I recall we took that baby across the sound on the ferry. And the burgundy GTO with the black leather interior...so hot! Yes, Mr. Nugent was a trip...and would you believe I took Latin at the U of W to qualify for the foreign language requirement? It was tough...and I didn't try to cut up in that class to disquise my intellectual inadequacies. From the comments in my yearbook I guess that was my M.O. at M.H.S. (I was probably darn lucky I graduated!) You are so spot on with your acknowledgement that we had top notch teachers. I am glad you're doing well.
